A powerful and energetic force on the decks, El Diablo is responsible for one of MalLabel Music’s biggest selling tracks , “Rollin With My Crew”.

El Diablo cut his teeth in the electronic world with San Francisco’s acclaimed Dhamaal Sound System. The crew’s worldly Drum n Bass sound garnered international attention with their self-titled debut album & subsequent singles. The album sold thousands of copies internationally and enjoyed consistent airplay on BBC1 radio as well as being licensed for various features.

El Diablo’s production work with Joshua Meltzer and Qawali master vocalist Sukhawat Ali-Khan of Dhamaal helped win them the top prize in the John Lennon International Songwriting Contest, World Music category for the song “Where We Meet”.

Following this initial success  & the acclaimed release of the experimental turntablist  Hip-Hop album “Superhuman Music” with Flesh O.N.E. and The Colonel MC on the Audio8 Record Label in Chicago, El Diablo was signed to MalLabel Music as resident in 2010.

His first release for the label, the hit “Rollin With My Crew” went on to a top 10 seller  for over five weeks, topping at number five and prompting a music video release. He continues to be one of MalLabel Music’s best selling and most popular artists, consistently charting in the Beatport Top 40.  

His 2011 release “Devil in the Machine”, debuting with support from Liquid Stranger, Megalodon & legendary DnB dj, UFO!,  topped the Beatport charts for several weeks, getting solid support from Excision on his famous Shambhala Mix.

El Diablo’s recent releases include a collaboration with Bay area Rap Legend Too $hort, official remixes for Sizzla, Acey Alone, H.R. of Bad Brains and many more.   He continues to be one of MalLabel Music’s most popular artists.
